Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find a supportive atmosphere that encourages growth, strength, and connection.

We are a boutique space which means smaller class sizes for you! Ensuring you have room to move is our priority, just with 9 mats in our floor classes, and 6 places at the barre.
Explore our signature Mat, strengthening Burn, heart-pumping Barre, mobilising Arc and restorative Release classes. Subscribers enjoy exclusive access to our circuit Apparatus style, too.
pRIVATE APPOINTMENTS
Using a variety of wonderful Pilates apparatus, each 60-minute session will bring you back in-tune with your body. You will learn how each piece of equipment enhances your practice, as you work towards your ‘why’.
Private appointments are beneficial for all bodies, focusing on:

With a small, supportive group and expert guidance, our in-studio courses guide you every step of the way. Each 50-minute class sets the foundation for the following week, growing with you and building upon the insights you discover during your practice.
Our Mums & Bubs and Beginners Course are short in duration, but give you the tools to feel strong, capable, and confident in your Pilates practice moving forward.

There’s plenty of conflicting information about what Pilates involves what a mat Pilates class might look like floating around town at the moment.
At its core, Pilates is about more than just movement. It’s about understanding how your own body moves, stabilises, and adapts. Without large apparatus, matwork challenges you to develop spatial awareness, coordination, and control without external assistance or distraction. It’s an opportunity to refine the way you move, not just in class, but in the way you support your body long-term.
As a studio, we want to cut through the noise and share what makes matwork unique: its principles, how it compares to Reformer (and does it even matter?!), and why working with just your body and mind is one of the most rewarding aspects of the practice.
