WHY FLOOR-BASED PILATES & BARRE?

Floor moves are our jam. Mat Pilates is just one piece of the Pilates system and is an extremely effective way to improve on joint stability, mobility, muscular strength & will increase your body awareness.

Our floor classes include the use of various props to add resistance which mimics the benefits of Reformer Pilates. Our Barre classes will give you an intense cardio workout and will improve muscular endurance. Add variety to your movement routine and see how Pilates can benefit your every day.
