MUMS & BUBS PILATES

Bring your baby along to our Mums & Bubs class. Designed to assist you in regenerating strength, balance and mobility. This class is a fantastic way to reconnect into your body during early parenthood, giving yourself the TLC you deserve.

  • Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum (sign-off from GP)

  • 1 class per week for 6 weeks
