Floor moves are our jam. We do things a little differently where our focus remains true to small apparatus and small class sizes, paired with ‘choose-your-own-adventure’ type layering. Explore our movement modes–we have a flavour of class for every body, every mood and every ability.

Revere the mat

Our bread & butter. The perfect balance between mastering the fundamentals & testing the limits taking on more challenging exercises. We’ll focus on enhancing your mobility, helping it to move more effortlessly. Roll, twist, curl, extend & flex your way to a more nimble, stable & mindful you.

Revere the BARRE

An upbeat class that focuses on building your cardio & muscular endurance. You’ll be moving at a Ballet barre, where each flow is curated to challenge stability, coordination, pace & stamina. No dance experience required, we’ll teach you everything you need to know… (just bring the vibes).

Revere the BURN

Welcome to spice town. Burn combines flow with strength and endurance focused movements. Your instructor may interpret burn as a timed flow of exercise blocks, or guide you through a curated class sequence. You will move functionally, with intention and as the name suggests… feel the burn. 

Revere the ARC

The arc is an adaptation of the original Spine Corrector. Designed to offer feedback to challenge your mobility and control as your body contours around its curves. This class flow aims for balanced muscle development, promotes spinal mobility & will challenge core strength.

Revere the RELEASE

Experience the gentle untangling of your body with our restorative, Yin inspired mat flow. This relaxing class is enhanced with meditative music set alongside ambient lighting. Focused & gentle movements will stretch, release & unwind your body. Perfect for those seeking tranquility.

Revere the BUB

Move with your bub & regenerate strength, balance and mobility. A friendly space where your little one can join you in your practice. A fantastic way to reconnect into your body during early parenthood & to give yourself the TLC you deserve.

PREGNANT
PILATES PALS

PILATES CLASS FOR TWO, PLEASE.

Keen to keep moving but not sure what you’re going to do in your second and third trimester? We’ve got you. Pregnant clients are welcome to all of our classes, but it’s really important that you speak with us first.

Once you enter your second trimester, you will need to book into a 1:1 Private Pregnancy Appointment before you can participate in group classes. This private is an opportunity for your instructor to discuss the exercise guidelines, movement recommendations and most importantly, support you.

This single 60 minute session will equip you with the knowledge move in our group classes with confidence by making informed movement choices.
