    At the end of your 5-week introduction to mat Pilates Foundations, you will have the confidence and understanding to seamlessly join the other class times and styles available on the studio schedule.

  • For our 5-Week Beginners Course, pay only $132 ($26.40 per class!).

    Upon enrolment, you will be automatically booked into the class series through Momence, our booking system.
