  • We recommend our Revere the Mat class. Not only is this our signature class style, it’s open-level and provides a brilliant full-body Contemporary Pilates workout to challenge both the new beginner and the seasoned Pilates-pro.

    As our class styles build upon and compliment the skills you learn in Revere the Mat, it’s important you familiarise yourself with our studio, instructors and cueing before trying other variations.

  • This isn’t just bodyweight movement or stretching.

    Mat Pilates, in particular, is where the integrity of the method shines. It’s where you refine your control, movement patterns, and body awareness, which all translate beyond the studio into your everyday.

    And while Pilates isn’t about pushing to the point of exhaustion, pairing it with other forms of exercise makes your routine even more effective, (hello Revere the Burn and Revere the Barre!!)

I’m pregnant, Can I Join Group Classes?

Absolutely! If you're pregnant, you’re welcome in our Revere the Barre classes with clearance from your healthcare provider. For all of our other class formats, we ask that you first book one private session before stepping into a group environment.

Your pregnancy appointment can be structured to:

  • Introduce modifications so you can join group classes safely; or

  • Focus on a fully personalised, one-on-one approach for your entire pregnancy.
