As a boutique studio, Revere Pilates Studio offers an intimate environment with just 9 spots for mat classes and 6 at the barre, ensuring a high-quality, personalised experience. Due to limited capacity, our cancellation policy is essential for respecting both our clients’ commitment and our instructors’ time.
Class Cancellations & Credit Policy
Clients can cancel their attendance and receive a credit if cancellations are made before the cut-off period. The session credit will be returned to the pack or subscription used to make the booking. The cut-off periods are as follows:
AM sessions: 10 hours before class
PM sessions: 5 hours before class
Late Cancellations & No-Show Policy
To ensure fairness and accommodate those on waitlists, we have the following penalties:
Limited Subscriptions & Packages
Late Cancellations: The session is forfeited.
No-Shows: A $20 fee applies, and the session is forfeited.
Unlimited Subscriptions & Unlimited Introductory Offers
Late Cancellations: A $15 fee applies.
No-Shows: A $20 fee applies.
Casual Drop-Ins
Late Cancellations: The session is forfeited.
No-Shows: The session is forfeited, and a $20 fee applies.
Private Pilates Appointments
Payment is required upon booking. Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance, and the session will be returned to the client’s Momence account for rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Auto-Pay Subscriptions
Auto-pay subscriptions come with specific minimum term requirements based on billing frequency and tier. Clients are encouraged to review their signed Terms & Conditions and Waiver in their Momence account. Subscriptions can be frozen for up to three months per calendar year, and this pause will not affect minimum contract terms. Payment schedules will be adjusted automatically to reflect any pause in activity.
Booking Management
To streamline our operations, we require all clients to manage their bookings independently through the Momence app or their Momence online account. We do not accept DMs on social media, texts, emails, or calls to handle bookings. This ensures all reservations, cancellations, and schedule changes are processed accurately.
