Payments

Accepted payment methods include:

If any payment violates the law or these terms, we may cancel or reverse the transaction.

Shipping and Delivery


Shipping options:

  • Australia-wide standard delivery via Australia Post (5-10 business days)

  • Free local pickup from East Victoria Park, WA, 6101

Shipping times are estimated and may vary. Please provide accurate delivery information; we are not liable for misdelivery due to incorrect details.

Refunds and Returns

  • Goods: Refunds accepted within 14 days for damaged goods or those not matching descriptions (excluding socks due to hygiene).

  • Services: All service sales are final.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or product damage during shipping.

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at hello@reverepilates.com.au to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

  2. Ship the product to our address provided upon RA approval.

  3. Include the RA number, original packaging, and a copy of your purchase receipt with the return.

For returns by mail, include your purchase confirmation. Return postage is at your expense.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to Australian Consumer Law and cannot override any mandatory consumer protections.
