Your pregnancy appointment can be structured to either introduce modifications so you can join group classes safely or focus on a fully personalised, one-on-one approach

You can still challenge yourself, build strength, and feel amazing.
We just make sure you’re doing the right kind of hard things for this stage of life.

SMALL GROUP CLASSES

If you're pregnant, you’re welcome to participate in our Revere the Barre class style whenever you’re ready.

Before you join our other class formats, please book a private pregnancy Pilates appointment. This 60-minute appointment is an opportunity for you and your instructor to discuss the structure of our group classes. You’ll also be given tools to make appropriate exercise modifications that give you the most comfort during your practice.

After your appointment, feel free to book into any of our available class formats. We’ll always do our best to ensure you’re comfortable and moving safely.

PRIVATE PREGNANCY PILATES

Your sessions will equip you with the tools to advocate for what feels best, modify for comfort, and move safely within evidence-based guidelines.

Private sessions use a variety of Pilates equipment and props to give you a completely bespoke Pilates program. Led by an experienced, Diploma-qualified Pilates instructor with specialised prenatal training, our 60-minute private pregnancy Pilates sessions are designed to:

  • Help you stay active, strong, and mobile throughout pregnancy

  • Support your changing posture, balance, and core function

  • Prepare your body for birth and recovery

  • Give you confidence in movement and modifications
